Orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding sale periods) via Australia Post.

Standard: $5.99, or free on orders $50+. Estimated 2–8 business days*.

Express: $12.50, or free on orders $150+. Estimated 1–4 business days*.

Shipping to the USA? Due to the recent suspension of shipping services to the USA by Australia Post we have put a pause on sending to USA customers. We are working on a solution to provide a duties paid shipping option as soon as possible.

New Zealand: NZD $8, or free on orders NZD $50+. Estimated 6–9 business days*.

USA: USD $8.50, or free on orders USD $85+. Estimated 6–9 business days*.

Everywhere else: AUD $16 on all orders. Estimated 6–9 business days*.

For standard international shipping, we ship orders with Australia Post International at a flat rate of $6.00, including tracking. This price is standard for all orders, irrespective of size.

During normal operations, Australia Post has an estimated delivery time frame of approximately 6 business days. Please use the Australia Post delivery calculator here (we ship from Melbourne, VIC, Australia).

Just pop in the consignment ID that we email you once your order is dispatched. Didn’t receive a tracking code? Email us at hello@kesterblack.com and we shall rectify ASAP!

All Kester Black orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means that if no one is home, the driver is authorised to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. A safe place is considered a secure, hidden spot on your property, such as behind bins, on the porch, in a power box or near the letterbox. If there is no suitable safe place available, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to your local post office.

For deliveries to a work address, please make sure you include your company name. Same-day delivery is not available to business addresses.
