We're on the lookout for a multi-talented, visually-driven Content Creator to lead all static content creation across social, paid, digital, and email. You’ll be our go-to for shooting and editing beautiful images, building high-performing static ads and EDMs, and crafting polished, on-brand visuals across every touchpoint. How You’ll Make an Impact
Your creative work will be instrumental in taking Kester Black into its next chapter — one defined by maturity, clarity, and global relevance. As our dedicated static content expert, you’ll own the end-to-end creation of visual content that brings our new brand strategy to life.

Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help refine and elevate how we show up in the world, translating our vision of thoughtful, everyday beauty into scroll-stopping, polished creative across every platform. What You’ll Do

• Produce beautiful, engaging, brand-aligned static content across Facebook ads, Instagram, website, email, and other digital platforms.
  Shoot and edit content in-house, with high attention to lighting, styling, and post-production polish.
• Design ads, emails, and digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, always aligning with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Create EDMs (email marketing) in Klaviyo or similar platforms, with a focus on layout, visuals, and engagement-boosting design.
• Write punchy, on-brand copy and captions that drive engagement and clicks.
• Analyse performance data from Meta, Klaviyo, and other platforms to iterate, improve, and guide future content direction.Collaborate with internal and external creatives, including models and stylists, to execute visually compelling shoots.

 

What You’ll Bring
You're a self-starter with a rare mix of design, photography, and marketing know-how. You’re equally happy behind the camera, in Photoshop, or building out a campaign in Figma. Most importantly, you understand how content works—and how to make it work better.

You have:

• Proven experience creating content for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in photography production—lighting, styling, shooting, and editing.
  High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma for creating ads, EDM layouts, and content templates.
• Experience designing and building EDMs (ideally in Klaviyo) with an eye for visual flow, layout, and CTA placement.
• Creative storytelling ability thats always on brand.
• An eye for detail and aesthetics—your work is always sharp, aligned, and engaging.
• Highly organised and proactive mindset—you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
• A genuine love for beauty, skincare and fashion.
