As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an E-commerce Warehouse & Logistics Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations, fulfilment, and logistics, ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations.

This role is all about leadership, efficiency, and continuous improvement—you’ll manage everything from inventory and order fulfilment to logistics and system integrations. How You’ll Make an Impact

As our E-commerce Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll own and optimise our warehouse operations, ensuring that every order is picked, packed, and shipped seamlessly. You’ll play a critical role in inventory accuracy, logistics efficiency, and system integration, helping us scale while maintaining exceptional service.

Your leadership will keep our warehouse running smoothly, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, every time.

What You'll Do:

• Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment: Oversee order processing, packing, and shipping, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage shipping carriers, third-party logistics (3PL), and international freight to ensure smooth delivery.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct audits, and optimise storage for efficiency.
• Process Automation & Optimisation: Identify and implement best practices, new technologies, and automation to streamline operations.
• Systems Integration: Manage and optimise integrations between Shopify, Shiphero, Monday.com, and other logistics platforms.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track fulfilment KPIs, cost efficiencies, and logistics performance, using insights to drive improvements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure OH&S standards, shipping regulations, and operational safety protocols are met.

To be successful in this role, you will have previously worked in a similar role, be quick on your feet, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and get constant satisfaction from a job well done.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment management, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
• Expertise in inventory control, supply chain optimisation, and freight management.
• Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in logistics tech and platforms—familiarity with Shopify, Shiphero, and Monday.com is a plus.
• Analytical and process-driven mindset, with a knack for optimising workflows and reducing costs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategy and execution.
• A problem-solving attitude, always looking for ways to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
