We’re looking for an E-commerce Warehouse Assistant to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring stock accuracy, and assisting with general warehouse operations. If you love working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in getting things done right, this role is for you!

How You’ll Make an Impact

As our E-commerce Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be involved in everything from packing and dispatching orders to keeping inventory organised and supporting warehouse operations.

Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create seamless post-purchase experiences, keeping our customers happy while supporting our growing e-commerce business.

What You'll Do:

• Order Fulfilment – Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock Management – Assist with stock organisation, inventory counts, and replenishment.
• Warehouse Support – Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Quality Control – Ensure all orders are packed securely and meet brand presentation standards.
• System & Process Support – Use platforms like Shopify, StarShipIT, and Monday.com to track orders and update inventory.
• Process Improvement – Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline warehouse operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfilment role (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail – you take pride in getting orders right.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude – you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good organisational skills – you can manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
• Ability to lift and move stock – this is a physical role that requires some manual handling.
• Tech-savviness – experience using Shopify, StarShipIT, or inventory management systems is a bonus.
