We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to bring our brand to life across social media, web, and email. From snappy Reels to beautifully curated visuals, you’ll craft content that tells a story, drives engagement, and connects with our audience. How You’ll Make an Impact

Your creativity and digital expertise will be at the heart of Kester Black’s brand storytelling. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and executing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness, community growth, and sales.

As our go-to content expert, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our social and digital presence, working closely with our marketing team to develop a content strategy that’s as bold and innovative as our products.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms—think Reels, Stories, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes moments. This will be 60% for paid advertising and 40% for organic channels.
• Shoot, edit, and produce content that aligns with our brand aesthetic and messaging.
• Stay ahead of trends—track viral moments, beauty trends, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Craft compelling captions and copy that spark engagement and conversation.
• Manage and plan the paid media & organic content calendar, ensuring consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Analyse content performance, using insights to refine and optimise future content.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and the marketing team to amplify reach and engagement.
• Bring new creative ideas to the table—we love innovation and fresh perspectives!

What You’ll Bring

You’re a content pro who understands the balance between creativity, strategy, and audience engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing ideas to life, and are always looking for ways to push creative boundaries and improve content performance.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven experience in content creation, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required).
• Strong video production and editing skills—proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics—you know how to create visually stunning, brand-aligned content.
• Creative storytelling ability with strong copywriting skills.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Passion for beauty and skincare—you genuinely love what we do!
