Benzophenone-1 is commonly used as an ultraviolet (UV) light absorber in nail polish topcoats. It helps to protect the nail polish from UV radiation, which can cause fading, yellowing, and other forms of degradation. I purchased several polishes, the Dr Fill Good Ridge Filler, and this Top Coat. Having used many high-end nail polishes, Kester Black has proven to be the best. The density of colour, smooth application, fast drying, and how this TOP COAT locks in the polish and makes it so shiny, while drying really quickly, has really impressed me. I've been so impressed in fact that I went back and bought more colours, and am now totally sold on KB quality and can't wait to try their other products.
