Anyone with damaged, brittle, peeling or splitting nails should start with the Ultimate Nail Rescue Set first, and move to this set once their nails are healthy again. It is also not suitable for nails with a fungal or bacterial concern, or for children, as solvent-based products are not recommended for them.

It is also worth a word of caution if you do not normally wear nail polish. Miracle Treatment Base Coat is a polish, and it has to be removed with nail polish remover. If your nails are not used to polish and remover, that remover can strip away hydration and leave them drier than before. This matters most straight after the Ultimate Nail Rescue: do not rush from a hydrating routine into regular polish and remover. Reintroduce them slowly, keep using Self Love Oil daily, and stop if your nails start to feel dry.
