Simply visit our website to browse all of our products. No special code is needed—sale prices are already marked, and discounts will be applied automatically when you add items to your bag. Happy shopping!

As our warehouse and shipping carriers handle a high volume of orders, shipping times and tracking updates might be a little slower than usual.

Express Shipping: If you chose priority or express shipping, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.
Standard Shipping: For standard shipping, we aim to dispatch orders within 4 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If you’re in Australia, we recommend downloading the AusPost app and signing up for a MyPost account—this lets you track all your deliveries, manage delivery options like Safe Drop, and contact Australia Post directly if needed.

Unfortunately not. During sale periods, orders are processed quickly once payment is finalised, and we’re unable to conduct manual warehouse searches to isolate specific orders.

Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded unless they’re faulty. If you’re unsure about a colour or product, we recommend waiting to purchase outside the sale period, when our 60-day returns policy applies.

Discount codes can’t be redeemed during sale periods, as sale prices are already discounted.

It’s all about balancing stock levels. As a small-batch manufacturer, some products sell quickly, while others take a bit longer. Next year, we’ll be saying goodbye to a few older products to make space for new ones. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we’d rather offer bigger discounts on these items than dispose of any product or packaging.
