As shipping carriers and our warehouses work through the high volume of orders expected this year, we’re anticipating some longer shipping times and tracking delays. Here are our regular shipping times - please allow a few additional days for processing and carrier delays. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

If you’re in Australia, we suggest downloading the AusPost app and signing up for a MyPost account so you can track all your deliveries from Australia Post in one place, manage delivery preferences such as Safe Drop or parcel redirection and raise enquiries directly with Australia Post.

Unfortunately not. Due to the high volume of orders being processed during this period, we don't have the capability to isolate orders and make changes once the payment process has been finalised.

Our vision at Kester Black is to replace a million traditional beauty products with safe, seriously great alternatives that improve people’s lives and confidence. This year, that means running a Black Friday campaign to get our products into the hands of as many people as possible and balance stock levels, which in turn helps us make way for exciting new launches (spoiler alert: there’s more to come next year).

It’s all about balancing stock levels. We’re a small-batch manufacturer, and although there are some products that fly off shelves, others take longer to move through inventory. Next year we’ll be bidding farewell to some older products to make room for new ones - given our commitment to sustainability, we never want to dispose of product and packaging so we’d rather offer a bigger discount on these items.
